Dr. Wohlgemuth has an MD from Duke University School of Medicine. Two years of residency in Internal Medicine at Emory University were followed by service as a Captain and then Major in the U. S. Army Medical Corps. After a final year of residency at George Washington University, he was appointed Instructor of Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine. He has had a private practice of primary-care medicine in Georgia, West Virginia, and Virginia, and is now retired and living in Bangor, Maine.
